Al is a seasoned senior executive in the personal care industry.

Starting as an injection-molding manager at Precision Valve Corporation in the 1980s, he moved up through important roles at Avon, Unilever, and Estee Lauder. Later, he joined Inoac Packaging Group, demonstrating his skills in engineering, purchasing, project management, and general management.

Known for his dedication to success and innovation, Al founded Prometheus Advisors, a consultancy focused on personal care and packaging.

In his free time, Al enjoys spending time with his family and at-home DIY projects. A true engineer at heart!
